This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of Allied
Blenders & Distillers on following Terms and Conditions:-
1. Buy Sterling Reserve Whisky nip 180 ml and get an assured cashback upto Rs 100 with
minimum Rs 10/- cashback.
2. The promotion is valid for 45 days from the date of going live.
3. Offer is applicable and valid one time per day and 12 times in the whole campaign, per
house hold, per mobile number, per lifetime.
4. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
5. Allied Blenders products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
6. Cashback once processed will not be processed in case of failure for whatsoever reason.
7. Cashback code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
8. The Offer is open to residents of India above 21 years of age (āParticipantā), except
employees, immediate families of the employees of Allied Blenders and Distillers, and Kikoy
Promotions LLP (TopRewards), agents, dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and any
other channel partners, including their employees or any outlet staļ¬, bar staļ¬ and counter
salesmen are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. Entries received from any of the

9. In case any participant/winner is found to be a resident of a State other than a participating
State (āState of Participationā) at the time of delivery of prize his/her entry shall not be
considered valid, and the organizer shall be free to choose an alternate winner from the said
State of participation.
10. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be
used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
11. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by
any person and if the same is identified, Allied Blenders & Distillers and Kikoy promotions
shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such
action as may be allowed under applicable law.
12. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the
both the parties. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act
of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to
pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to
promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused
due to the pandemic.
13. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties
and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated
with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability
with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or
possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or
limited by law.
14. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any
lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details
and/or prices without notice.
15. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant
agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period. No new Unique
Code will be issued in the event of original being stolen/ lost by the Claimant or receiver.
16. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant
has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for
not receiving messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages
and Allied Blenders & Distillers and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the
same.
